Refrigerator moved on side?

Third try! Had to move it on side for 20 minutes. Got it home and let it stand unplugged for 2 1/2 hours. Plugged it in for 7 hours. Still not cold. Just bought groceries and had to throw them out cuz' the frozen defrosted etc. etc. So I've unplugged it again and going to let it sit until tomorrow. Will this still work? Will the oil settle back down in the condensor or whatever it's called? Just bought it and it was working fine when I picked it up.
